Our objectives
The main objectives of the PB are:
1. To promote socio-cultural activities with a view to strengthening unity, friendship, fraternity and collaboration among all Batchur, wherever they are in the world.
2. To promote and encourage the sharing of ideas, knowledge, techniques and opportunities among Batchur.
3. To promote the learning and use of the Manjaku linguistic dialect of Tchur, especially by younger generations.
4. To promote the study and research on the sociocultural and geographical history of Batchur.
5. Encourage and help people learn about and participate more actively in all aspects of life in the countries in which they live, especially in business, politics, sports, music, and professions such as accounting, law, engineering, and medicine.
6. To promote and encourage cooperation between its members in the different social, economic and cultural areas.
7. Establish a cooperative relationship with public and private institutions at national or international level without compromising the principles and objectives of the PB.
8. Support the socio-economic and cultural development of Tchur District and the Country.
9. Support and promote the improvement of the quality of education, health and sustainable agriculture in all countries in general and in Tchur district in particular.
10. Promote and support, as far as possible, the resolution of socio-economic and cultural problems that affect or interest its members.
11. Defend, outside and inside the judicial system, the territorial integrity of the Tchur District, in accordance with the law.
12. To promote and encourage solidarity and friendship among the members of the Federation, in the resolution of any question of interest to them.
13. To promote activities aimed at the conservation and dissemination of cultural, environmental and peace values.
14. Encourage and promote activities aimed at protecting the environment. Promote activities aimed at raising awareness among young people about reproductive health and sexually transmitted diseases.
15. Promote sports activities in the different villages that make up the Tchur District.
16. Undertake any other activities and pursue any other objectives that members will agree upon in the future.
